Really BK?

Our resident crazy, Mrs. Beyonce "BK" Knowles, has released a new video and song "DIVA" and I am nothing short of speechless. How she gonna have a song proclaiming to be a diva- it isn't a self-proclaimed title is is? I bet her ego is what sunk the Titanic- Give me a break BK....

The song is real bad, like real, real, real bad it gives me more nightmares then this picture. The video is boring- well for me it is anyway, I have come to expect ridiculous crazy antics from Beyonce and the direction she went with this video is subpar...at best. I always respect a good explosion but the one at the end of this video is incredibly unnecessary. She look a damn fool in most of the video, her shoes are really just as ugly as they come-

          Sidebar: her ass is out of control fine regardless. 

                                             -the "cutting edge " clothing is just dupid stupid or jus stoopid ugly. come on BK give us something good and life changing like the "single ladies" video- that sparked an entire section on youtube. People are still making their own versions of that video- even I, the insane lover of everything Beyonce, almost know the dance.

Sucks to be You: Kanye West

Honestly, its about time I got around to letting the world know it sucks to be Kanye West. But after last saturday night he probably (for the first time in his life) would agree. Kanye always talksBOASTS about how he is like god or something and/or the voice of the generation. Well, if this is the voice of our generation I hope we all go deaf! 

So last saturday Kanye was on SNL to give us the performance of a lifetime. He probably thought that it was going to be like Jesus' second coming or some sh*t... Lets just say it was visually interesting, like, I mean, with the TV on mute I would have thought it was a good performance but unfortunately the volume was on. To say that his voice was bad was an understatement. It cracked at--

 I was googling pictures of Whitney Houston- okay i'll explain-i download 20 mixes of classic songs and I hate to have songs in my itunes without a picture and one was a mix of "I Wanna Dance with Somebody" but AnyIGetOffTrackEasy, when I typed her name in on Google Image search it asked me if I meant "Whitney Houston Crack" so really that sucks....because you know there is no comeback there...Crack Kills Yo! okay back to Kanye---

So, he cracked all the time pretty much and whenever he got to a high note he clearly pulled away from the mic and let someone off stage cover it. Honestly, he should have just fully-lip-synched because it doesn't seem like Britney Spears is getting that much of a bad wrap for it and come on it auto-tone- we don't expect anyone to be able to do that live...really you were just self-destructing Kanye and all i have to say is YAY!!! You should suck more often!  just watch the clip for yourself but I am sure you'll agree if you dont, because i know there are alot of Kanye fans out there- feel free to yell at me. ha.

Okay, so this is over a week old....but not everyone has seen it yet.

Its is actually really funny and the sad thing is it sounds like a song i could hear 

walking into any bar around here. Im living on Long Island right now and this 

song just seems to fit all these fantastically trashy people. When i say that, it is 

funny because i kind of mean it as a complement...yeah, i don't really have 

much to say...just watch and enjoy~

           Obviously, since it is called "circus" the video is going to be themed as such...fire, elephants, freaky-clown like people, you know, circus stuff....well. Our lovely friends over a PETA...they ain't havin' none of Brit Brit's sh*t. They are "outraged" and took to internnet with with a press release that includes the following statement:

"Now, at the bottom of the barrel, she's sporting elephants dressed in circus attire for her new video titled — what else — "Circus". As Britney is such a victim of the paparazzi and always complaining and crying about how she hates to be held up in her guarded house and can't feel free, she of all people should be able to relate to the horror that captive animals go through when they're used for entertainment."

"Except Britney chooses to perform, and the lifestyle just comes with it. Animals are ripped away from their mothers at a young age, kept in chains, and prodded with electric shock devices to make them perform.. That doesn't sound so voluntary to me."

Warm Fuzzy News: Kanye Fails

Steven Colbert owns my life. I wasn't going to report the news of his plans but since he is now successful I have to let the world know! 

Basically Mr. Colbert feels the same when it comes to Kanye and his HUGE EGO and wanted to take him down a peg. We all know that Kanye believes that his "art" should have the number one spot on all charts. Well Colbert released a Christmas album and it is only 7.99 on iTunes and he set it up as an "Operation Humble Kanye" where he thinks he he could beat Kanye out of the top spot....WELL THIS HAS OFFICIALLY HAPPENED! as of 8:40 December 4th Steven Colbert out sold Kanye West!! but for some reason Britney Spears is on top...but yeah take a look:

Kanye heard about this plan and fired back with and I quote: "Who the fuck is Steven Colbert?"and to prove that Kanye is just trying to be a egomaniacal jerk.

Watch: The Fear - Lily Allen

I have never really listened to Lily Allen, I've just seen a whole lotta shenanigans Lily has been involved in all over the web. Nevertheless, i just saw her brand new video for new song "The Fear" off her new album "Its Not Me, Its You." The video gives me a "feist-vibe" but its pretty good since I didn't know what to expect from her anyway. The funny thing, for me anyway, is the fact that Lily looks exactly like Kim from the knockoff NBC series "Kath & Kim." Honestly it is almost scary how similar Lily looks to Selma Blair. Watch: T.O.N.Y - Solange

This is a song I never heard until I watched the video, and I like them both. This video is very visual even though it is exclusively in Black and white. The song is very classic sounding and has a good "groove" -sorry i cant think of another word that seems appropriate. There is also a cool message in the song that you figure out as you watch the video-and I've always been a fan of videos that improve a song as much as they compliment them. If you aren't interested but you want a little laugh then skip to like 2:20 into the video to see Solange sitting on the toilet singing "I'm going!"

I never wanted to give Kanye West so much press...his number of results when he googles himself will just go up...making his ego even bigger then it already is...and for that I'm Sorry....

anywhoreallycares, Kanye finially decided to clarify what kind of music his new album 808s and Heartbreaks really is...he calls it "Pop-Art" 

"This is not hip-hop music. Taking a sample, looping it and doing all that ‘throw your hands up in the sky’ thing has become such a cliche. Hip-hop is over for me. I sing, not rap, on this album. I now want to be grouped among those musicians you see in those old black-and-white photos - the Rolling Stones, Jimi Hendrix, the Beatles, And I’m not going to get there by doing just another rap album full of samples.

I'm honestly quite shocked that I haven't posted this video sooner. The song is so catchy  everyone has got it stuck in their head, my brother, his mother, her sister, your uncle...they all know it and I swear i head that old lady on the bus next to me humming it. 

Anyjustgowatchit, the video is hot, real hot...i recommend a full screen viewing for this one...and watch out for subliminal messages (i.e. weed smoking) Nevertheless, enjoy.
